Xenotes enigmatic waters tour!

What does it include?

• Transportation in round trip from the comfort of your hotel.
• Specialized bilingual guide throughout the tour.
• Visit to four different types of cenotes.
•  Assisted rappelling activities, zip lines, kayaks and swimming.
• Water, coffee, chocolate, sweet bread and fruit from the season at the exit of the first cenote.
• Glam Picnic at the end of the activities: soup julienne style, cold bar of meat and premium quality cheeses, variety of rustic breads, dressings, salads and drinks (water, wine and beer).
• Equipment: lifejacket, rappel equipment, kayak and floating tire.
• Bathrooms, dressing rooms and two towels.

RECOMMENDATIONS

• The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all aquatic activities.
• Take a shower before entering the cenote to protect your ecosystem.
• This tour is not recommended if you have problems with your heart, lungs, spine, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, are pregnant or suspected of being pregnant.
• The minimum age for Xenotes is 6 years.NOTE: the zipline activity requires a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg is required.
• Children 6 to 11 years old pay half the adult ticket (it is essential to show their identification to the tour operator when boarding the transport).
• Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must show their identification to prove their age.
• Reservations cancelled more than 2 days before the date of arrival are subject to a charge of 10% for administrative expenses; from 2 to 0 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no arrival, will not be refundable.
• It is not possible to make a date change on the day of your visit.

• “Tour Xenotes Oasis Maya” activities are recommended for children over 6 years of age.
• Remember to bring the proof of purchase of your tour printed.
• Wear comfortable beach clothes and swimsuit. Bring an extra change of clothes.
• Confirm the time and place of departure of your transport.
• Your sunscreen and bronzers should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
• Take cash or credit card to purchase photos of your visit.
• All activities provide you with modern safety equipment and can be performed by the whole family, from the age of 6.
• It is important to take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so the roads to reach them are not paved.
