• You must bring the tour purchase voucher printed.
• Confirm the time and place of departure of your transport.
• Wear fresh clothes and comfortable walking shoes.
• Bring hat or cap and sunglasses.
• Bring bathing suit, towel and a change of clothes for the visit to the cenote.
• Your sunscreen, repellents and bronzers should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide.
• Carry cash or credit card for drinks, buy souvenirs and personal expenses.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The Xichén Classic tour is available from Monday to Saturday. The time of transportation will depend on the location of your hotel.
• Approximate duration: 12 h (includes transfer times).
• The use of video camera inside the archaeological zone pays an extra tax that is not included in the tour price.
• The tour price does not include the rent of lockers and lifejacket in the cenote.
• Children from 0 to 4 years of age enter free of charge (identification must be presented when boarding the transport).
• Children between 5 and 11 years of age pay half the adult ticket (it is essential to present identification when boarding the transport).
• Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must present identification to check their age when boarding.
