What does it include?

• Transportation in round trip, by panoramic bus or luxury van, from the comfort of your hotel.

• Confirm the time and place of departure of your tour to Chichen Itza.
• Wear fresh clothes and comfortable walking shoes.
• Bring hat or cap and sunglasses.
• Your sunscreen, repellents and bronzers should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide.
• Carry cash or credit card to buy souvenirs and personal expenses.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

•  The Xichén Deluxe tour is available from Monday to Saturday. The time of transportation will depend on the location of your hotel.
• Approximate duration: 12 h (includes transfer times).
• The use of video camera inside the archaeological zone pays an extra tax that is not included in the tour price.
• Children from 0 to 4 years of age enter free of charge (identification must be presented when boarding the transport).
• Children between 5 and 11 years of age pay half the adult ticket (it is essential to present identification when boarding the transport).
• Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must present identification to check their age when boarding.
• Reservations cancelled more than 2 days before the date of arrival are subject to a charge of 10% for administrative expenses;from 2 to 0 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no arrival, will not be refundable.
• It is not possible to change the date on the day of the tour.
