- Your sunscreen, repellents and bronzers should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The first timetable for boarding is 8:00 p.m. from September to March and 8:30 p.m. from April to August.
- Approximate duration: 3 hours
- The recommended minimum age in Xoximilco is 5 years (must be accompanied by an adult at all times).
- Children between the ages of 5 and 11 pay half the adult ticket (identification must be presented at the park lockers).
- Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must present identification to check their age.
- Reservations cancelled more than 2 days before the date of arrival are subject to a charge of 10% for administrative expenses; from 2 to 0 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no arrival, will not be refundable.
- It is not possible to make the date change on the day of your visit.
- Each trajinera has a maximum capacity of 20 people.
