RECOMMENDATIONS

You must have your purchase voucher printed.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, preferably long pants.
Your sunscreen, repellents and bronzers should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
Take cash or credit cards to buy souvenirs or purchase photos of your visit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The first timetable for boarding is 8:00 p.m. from September to March and 8:30 p.m. from April to August.
Approximate duration: 3 hours
The recommended minimum age in Xoximilco is 5 years (must be accompanied by an adult at all times).
Children between the ages of 5 and 11 pay half the adult ticket (identification must be presented at the park lockers).
Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must present identification to check their age.
Reservations cancelled more than 2 days before the date of arrival are subject to a charge of 10% for administrative expenses; from 2 to 0 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no arrival, will not be refundable.
It is not possible to make the date change on the day of your visit.
Each trajinera has a maximum capacity of 20 people.
