- You must bring your proof of purchase printed.
- Wear comfortable beach clothes, swimsuit. Bring a towel and extra change.
- If you added Transportation, confirm the time and place of departure.
- Your sunscreen and bronzers should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park. If you do not comply with this requirement, at the entrance there is a module where you can exchange your sunscreen for a free sample free of chemicals; your sunscreen will be returned to you at the exit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Children under 4 years enter for free. From 5 to 11 years of age they pay half the adult ticket (in both cases it is essential to show identification at the parks cashiers).
- Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must also show their identification to prove their age.
- Use of snorkeling equipment (requires refundable deposit of $100 MXN/$10 USD).
- Reservations cancelled more than two days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10 percent administrative fee. From 2 to 0 days before the date of arrival, or if not arrived, will not be refundable.
- It is not possible to make a date change on the day of your visit.
